Webcast: Depressed Teens

Depression among teenagers is unacceptably high, and suicide is the 3rd leading cause of death among persons under 24 years of age. After years of decline, rates of suicide among the young have risen dramatically over the past 2 years. In this session, Mark Reinecke, MD, an expert on the treatment of depressed children and adolescents, discusses what we know, what we need to know, and what can be done to recognize and help depressed and suicidal teens.
